Recovery bike spin

After yesterday's long run little shy of 15 miles today was time to get my legs a little break. In the morning after Ian sent me for another bottle of juice I suited up and ran down to the basement for inspirational hour on the bike. Well first 10 minutes were tough - sore legs, but once I cleared that hurdle the next hour was a blast. iPod and my iTunes library has good mix of tunes to keep me entertained during the ride. Now that the spin is out of the way it is time to do some shopping and short walk. Then short nap with Ian and short recovery swim. Nice and easy day today.
